What data is collected?
In general, we collect only the data necessary to enable us to provide you with our services.
We process the personal data necessary to complete and ship your purchase, including your name, billing address, delivery address, payment details, mobile number, telephone number and e-mail address. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you order confirmation; we collect your telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with the order.
We collect your e-mail address when you sign up to receive our newsletter.
If you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, password, country.
We collect and process data about your browsing, including the pages you visit and how you interact with those pages. If you have registered for an account, we collect navigational data about your access to dedicated areas of the site.
If you are a customer of Minerali.be or if you have given us your consent, we collect and process your personal data for direct marketing activities.
If you provide us with the data of someone else – for example, if you buy a product to be delivered to a friend or as a gift – we will collect and process the personal data necessary to complete the transaction such as the name, delivery address and other contact details of your friend.
If you receive an item as a gift, we will process your data only to fulfill the gift request and our contractual obligations.
What is the legal basis for data processing?

-We collect the data because it is necessary to fulfill our contract with you, when you have made an online purchase, for example, we have to send you an order confirmation and prepare the shipment to the address provided.

Otherwise, we may use the information you provide to us only to evaluate our performance and to improve our services, or to communicate with you about your order if you have placed an order online. We will send you announcements or e-mail communications only if you give us the appropriate consent on our website by creating a customer account or by submitting your e-mail address and subscribing to our newsletter. You may unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.
-In the event of a legal claim or when required by law.
Will the data be shared with third parties?
From time to time, we may engage third party business partners to provide information about you or to collect personal information on our behalf. Registered payment card details will only be shared with our payment partner and not with other third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s systems.

How long will the data be kept?
Your personal data is kept according to the following criteria:
-Where you have purchased goods from us, we will retain billing data until the end of the relevant accounting period, normally seven years as required by law.
-When you make a payment, we will retain your payment information until the payment has been certified and the relevant administrative and accounting formalities concerning your right of withdrawal and the conditions applied for contesting the payment have been completed;
-When you provide us with personal data in order to use services such as marketing communications, we will retain your data for this purpose until the service is terminated or until you cancel your subscription to the service;

What rights do you, the data subject, have?
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you (and we will provide it to you free of charge within one month, once we have confirmed your identity).
